The Pie Whore called me to say that old Warren Kempf  (In-Udda-Woids)  croaked this past Saturday while in the Albany VA. They probably killed him.  He was 90

What do you ass holes want to do with his beer mug and coffee mug.  I offered it to his family so we’ll first have to wait till I hear from one of them.

We will have a So Co for him when and if we get a spring hike in. Some of you dildo’s will probably have a Tini or a kerosene. And of course a BEER.

The Hobbit is still laughing about when he fell in Panther Mtn stream trying to reach his glasses. I laugh when he tried to shoot the duck hole and shot the tree six feet to the right of the pond.  Tobias almost killed him when he pulled the trigger on the way up the mountain testing the safety.  SCAREY    He’s up there now with the Stork and Greeby Greedy Greenie driving them nuts–In Udda Woids.

good time to start thinking about spring hike… are we still going to set up remote camp site at the canoe or did any other ideas come up.
If camp site is still on, i picked up 100ft 1/4inch rope, 8×10 camo tarp,10×12 camo tarp and have couple 5 gal buckets.

Starting February 1, 2014 a new Sporting License fee structure goes into effect. A few examples are the price for Annual Resident Fishing has gone from $29 to $25 and Annual Resident Hunting as gone from from $29 to $22. Combination licenses like the Sportsman, Super Sportsman, and Conservation Legacy will no longer be available. No more discount for buying both. The dates have also changed gone is the October 1 – September 30 and is now September 1 – August 31 for Hunting licenses. Annual fishing licenses purchased after February 1st are now good for 365 days from date of purchase. You can view all the changes on the DEC website here: 2014 Sporting Licenses Changes.
For most of us in camp who used to buy the Sportmans will not see a change in price (for now) but we will now have to purchase two licenses instead. Fishing licenses purchased as part of a Sportsman last year are still valid through September 30, 2014.

The former Camp Cook is considering retiring to the couch(If spike is not present) or the card table(if Ms. Leaddog gives him permission/$$$). But he doesn’t want to totally abandon us to Dingy Moore stew for every weekend so he has drafted a cookbook. It’s a work in progress but I added a link on the top to the early draft. The comment period is open so if you guys can think of any recipes you would like him to add speak up now or we will forever be dining on last years Dingy Moore Stew! Over the course of the next few weeks I will be adding animated shorts that will show us how to prepare these delicious meals properly. Check back for updates.
